7 home remedies for warts
1. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is known to be the most effective among home remedies. So it's no wonder that natural apple cider vinegar is also effective against pimples. To do this, put a little apple cider vinegar on a piece of cotton and apply cotton wool to the wart with a plaster. This allows the solution to take effect overnight. After a while, the wart should turn brown and disappear.
2 onions
If you cut an onion into pieces and put it in vinegar for 24 hours, you also have an effective wart treatment at hand. You can also attach the onion to the wart using a plaster.
3. Banana peel
You can relieve annoying itching with banana peel. Again, apply a portion of banana peel on the wart with a bandage. This will soften the stain a little.
4. Tea tree oil
When it comes to home remedies for warts, tea tree oil should not be missing. Applying this regularly on #warts can benefit from the oil's antibacterial and antiviral properties.
5. Adhesive and insulating tape
It seems a little strange at first, but it should really work wonders. Cover your wart with some duct tape or electrical tape, deprive the responsible viruses of oxygen – and they die. Warning: Please do not wrap the entire foot or hand with tape to maintain blood circulation.
6. Lemon juice
Lemon juice is also one of the remedies that can help treat some diseases. Of course, this also applies to warts. Simply mix some lemon juice with garlic into a paste and then rub it on the wart. Of course fix the paste again with plaster - and wait!
7. Chalk
In fact, good old school chalk should also help get rid of warts. If this is applied to the affected area as much as possible, it will gradually dry out the wart.
Treat with wart solution
There is power in stillness — especially when it comes to home remedies for warts. They usually have to be applied several times and for a longer period of time for the wart to truly disappear. This requires patience and discipline but is crowned with success in most cases. If the warts do not heal with the help of natural remedies, you can use salicylic acid solutions available in pharmacies without a prescription. Alternatively, freezing, so-called cryotherapy.
