Do you lose weight with vegetable oils? Admittedly, this may seem somewhat contradictory at first glance. However, some oils in your diet can support you and even help you lose weight. Because fats are not necessarily harmful to health. Our bodies even need it to absorb, process, and use some vitamins (such as vitamins A, D, E, and vitamin K). 1. Rapeseed oil


Rapeseed oil has a mild taste and pleasant, nutty and pungent aroma, and is therefore suitable for a variety of dishes. In addition, it contains few saturated fatty acids and a sufficient amount of omega-3 fatty acids that stimulate fat burning.
